The Component Seal Division would like to wish its customers a Happy Christmas and New Year.

Below are the arrangements which will apply to AESSEAL® Derby during the Christmas and New Year holiday period:-

• 24th December: Normal working arrangements.

• 25th to 28th December: Emergency support only (where it can be provided).

• 29th & 30th December: *Limited cover (0800- 1630 GMT).

• 31st December: Emergency support only (where it can be provided).

• 1st to 3rd January: Emergency support only (where it can be provided).

• 4th January: Normal working arrrangements resume.

*Please note that the Derby Component Seal Division will have skeleton cover on Tuesday 29th & Wednesday 30th December. This will be to provide urgent order processing, service & enquiry handling only.

Courier collection times are as follows:-

• 24th December: UPS: 1300hrs; DHL: 1200hrs.

• 25th December: None.

• 28th December: None.

• 29th & 30th December:-UPS: 1500hrs; DHL: 1400hrs.

• 31st December: None.

• 1st January: None.

• 4th January: Normal working arrangements resume.
