The Derby Component Seal Division is one of the largest AESSEAL® 'hubs' for Component Seals globally.  With over 10,000+ product lines available ex stock, the Derby facility is able to despatch the majority of orders the day they are received.

Team Members

The Component Seal team consists of 12 people, who individually and collectively are dedicated to service excellence.  Each team member has specific responsibilities, some of which are detailed below:-

Jamie Thums - General Manager

- Responsible for the management and performance of the Component Seal Divsion.
- Sales and marketing.
- Developing people, processes and continuous improvement.
- Also Head of the Derby Seal Repair Service Centre as well as AESSEAL® 'Head of Excellence'.
 

Steve Cox - Product Manager

- Product development, testing and technical support.
- Logistics.
- Sales and Marketing.
- Commercial management.

Rachel Hicks - Sales Office Co-ordinator

- Responsible for co-ordinating the Component Seal sales administration function.
- Assisting with sales order processing including specific Group. companies/ territories.  This is in addition to assisting with marketing activities.

Louise Jackson - Procurement Administrator

- Responsible for administering product procurement, liaising with external suppliers and Group companies.

Carla Stanfield - Sales Administrator

- Responsible for administration of Component Seal orders and enquiries.
- Key contact for UK branches, specific Distributors and Group Companies / territories.

Pauline Neave - Sales Administrator

- Responsible for administration of Component Seal orders and enquiries
- Key contact for specific Distributors and Group Companies/ territories

Laura Neave - Sales Administrator

- Responsible for administration of Component Seal orders and enquiries.
- Key contact for specific Distributors and Group Companies/ territories.

Richard Hagues - Expeditor

- Responsible for expediting products for urgent customer orders.

Paul Chambers - Seal Inspector

- Responsible for the verification of quality standards as well as assisting with technical queries.

Paul Fancutt - Stores co-ordinator

-  Responsible for co-ordinating the Component Seal Stores function.

Dawn Lambert - Stores Operative

- Responsible for picking customer orders and stock administration.

Robert Dyer - Stores Operative

- Responsible for picking customer orders and stock administration.

Karl Widdowson - Stores Operative

- Responsible for picking customer orders and stock administration.
